Product ordered candle much smaller than the advertised picture very disappointed. Delivery fine. Feel mislead on size. Very disappointed

Product is very good delivery too slow
Product is very good and just what I needed. Didn't realise at the time how long it would take to arrive. Could have got them weeks earlier in the UK. Far too many emails updating on progress of order. I think around 10 from order to receipt.

The charger does not live up to the hype
The charger does not live up to the hype of being a a fast super charger and consequently is over priced

Easy to order online.
Easy to order online. On checking my bank account, I discovered I had been overcharged by £5.59. I emailed the company to enquire why this had happened and was told it was a glitch in their system and that I would automatically be reimbursed that amount within 3 days …..sure enough they were true to their word.
