Efficient in delivery, but had to wait to long for delivery

Items were exactly as described and of good quality. Packaging of item was good however more room should be allowed for card with poem as in each package this card was crushed. If it hadn't been for this I would have awarded 5 stars

It took a couple of weeks to arrive. Magnet at the back was scratched on arrival Quality is quite good but not amazing

Easy to order online. On checking my bank account, I discovered I had been overcharged by £5.59. I emailed the company to enquire why this had happened and was told it was a glitch in their system and that I would automatically be reimbursed that amount within 3 days …..sure enough they were true to their word.

Nice little charger useful 4 ports, very quick charging, very well packaged 📦 delivery was a bit slow, but on the whole a lovely experience A111

Efficient, fast delivery, item as described

Delivery was Okay, but very disappointed in the product. It is a lot smaller than expected and as shown in the video, plus I found it very rough to use. I'm afraid I will not be ordering then again
