Quality is not acceptable. Service and response are below standard. Album cover was pixilated low resolution image, very pliable weak board material, does not stand up straight, not true black and white and has a reddish tone! emailed several times with no solution. Customer service kept saying:
"We apologize for the delay in getting an update. I have not received an update as yet, but I made another follow-up with our support team. Rest assured that I will keep you posted." Order was placed in June delivered in July and now we are still dealing with it to find a solution???

Terrible quality
Ordered a record sleeve and the print quality was absolutely awful and full of artifacts despite me providing extremely high resolution artwork. The material feels like a wet paper bag and smells rancid to boot. Total waste of money.

Failed to deliver after eight months of waiting - UPDATE: Delivered but with issues
(Update further down)
Back in October of last year, I placed an order for a few CDs that were meant to act as Kickstarter rewards for a campaign I ran a few years ago. The promised turnaround time was "3-4 weeks" according to the order page.
After about a month and a half, I had yet to receive a single update regarding the order, so I wrote them a message through their customer support page, which they failed to reply to. I ended up writing another one a few weeks later.
In late January, they finally replied to one of my messages with what may be one of the least informative responses I've received from any company ever, and nothing has happened to my order since. I just sent them yet another message through their website and I'm not expecting to receive a reply anytime soon, if ever.
The "3-4 week turnaround time" seems like blatant false advertising, and at this point I just feel like I've been scammed. I just wanted a few CDs for people who helped raise money for a project of mine, but I don't think I'll ever receive them, and I don't think I'll be getting a refund considering what my experience with their customer service has been so far.
UPDATE:
After 10 months and 4 days, I have received my order. The printing looks good, the CDs themselves are a little washed out but totally acceptable. Sound quality is fine, certainly not enough to complain. That said, track #21 is just missing entirely, so there's 33 tracks instead of 34. They also swapped tracks #3 and #27, because their titles are "There she is" and "There she is - Reprise". I can sort of see how that could happen, but I also question who in their right mind would see the word "Reprise" included in a title and assume it goes first. It should also be said that I had to submit the track listing twice, and I included it in the order's description just to make sure nothing would go wrong, yet here we are.
While the quality itself is fine, I just can't give them any leeway here. I mean, it takes them 10 months, and they can't even double check the track order after I had to effectively submit it three separate times?
Consider this a 1.5 star rating or something instead of 1. They did deliver something, and for the most part, the product itself is sound (pardon the pun), but everything surrounding it is astoundingly incompetent, and I'm very frustrated. I can't bring myself to raise the rating.

POOR QUALITY materials for album cover!
Record plays well, seemed like a great idea to design my own cover, but the MATERIAL of the album cover is SO FLIMSY, it cannot hold its own shape and flops over like wet tissue paper. HORRIBLE QUALITY for the high cost! I contacted the company and their response was "Our team has responded to your ticket. Sadly there is nothing that can be done at this time because that is the material we use for the album cover. Regards." What a joke! DO NOT give them your business - plenty of other companies doing the same thing out there!

They don't care
Boohoo, it sucks. Shipped 3 weeks after payment and it's still in America (I live in Europe), which means, inthecouls sucks ass. I contacted them, they responded, and still delayed shipment. I couldn't get a refund, because it was "shipped", even though only the label for shipping was created
