Disappointed to say the least
The order was placed on June 23 and received on August 25. I was told an amended delivery date of August 4th as the company was behind, but that came and went without any word. I finally reached out and they promptly lit a fire under their asses. When I finally received the record, I was more than disappointed. The first thing I noticed with the actual sleeve, it is flimsy, floppy, and not the stiff cardstock that an actual vinyl comes with. I am also VERY disappointed in the printing quality of the artwork. I am a graphic designer and put time into designing a cover, front and back, and the disc labels and it looks like it was printed from a bad printer low on ink and very outdated. With very low hopes, the record did play, but I had to manually put the needle on the beginning track, unlike how my player automatically plays professionally made vinyl. I did get in touch with the company and they made claims to send me a replacement album sleeve, but I can't imagine they use different paper stock, because they would have done that from day one. I have ordered custom vinyls from other places and I will return to those businesses before this one even though they are more expensive. You get what you pay for I suppose.
