The record sounds great and looks great. I just wish the sleeve was stiffer, I had to add cards tick so hold it up

Vinyl plays great, only issue was the cover. It’s flimsy so i can’t put it up on my wall display. Other then that it’s awesome.

I really wanted to get my band's cd on vinyl, so I just went with the first company that was easiest to upload my stuff. The uploading was very easy, from the covers (which I had professionally done at 5000x5000 pixels) to the audio (which I did in my den using pro tools). Then came the very, very long wait. Do not expect this to be shipped to you in a few weeks. At least 2 months should be expected. During this time, I researched what a lathe record is and also looked at some reviews for intheclouds. At this time, I began to get a little worried because of all the bad reviews and what I found out about lathe records. Finally, my vinyl came in. First, I looked at the covers, and it looked amazing. Might be because I used very high quality images. The vinyl was not thin like I had expected from the research I did on lathe records, quite the contrary, it is nice and sturdy. The audio sounded just like I uploaded. I created my own labels for the vinyl using google slides, so I didn't expect much from that. But the labels appeared just as I uploaded them. Now let's talk about the very, very cheap material they used for the covers. While they looked amazing, the jacket is very flimsy. There is no way to put my vinyls in the jacket without splitting it. I will use another company and get my jacket redone to fit both vinyls. The jacket material and the very long wait are the only reasons this is not a 5 star.

Overall, everything was great except the shipping time. I received an email that the shipping time changed but nothing changed per the date that was originally stated. I reached out and was told they were backed up, and that’s understandable, I just wish I didn’t have to reach out for shipping updates.

I would put it at 5 stars, but there’s a couple things I wish they would’ve done better. I was told that these guys took 6 weeks to make and ship CDs, I ordered mine on January 19th 2024 and didn’t get it until early April. That was nearly a 3 month difference! Next up is design. They should’ve looked at the design I gave them. They knew what I wanted and didn’t care what I got. They had everything but the disk design correct, they had half of the design cut off, and that’s what I worked on the most! Other than those two flaws, they did an amazing job! I don’t think I’m buying from them again any time soon since it takes so long, but if I do, I expect to get what I asked for!

I just received my custom vinyl ordered from In the Clouds. I ordered in late November of 2023 and it is now early February 2024, so the processing time did take longer than expected. However, the record quality was amazing and the record sleeve I designed came out perfectly! I was a little worried about the quality of the item I would receive after reading these reviews, but the sound quality was perfect in my opinion. I got this record as a present for my boyfriend (who is a much more experienced record collector than I am) and he agreed that the sound quality was great. The wait was well worth it for a custom record and sleeve!!

great color and graphics, the vinyl itself is super pretty, no damage to its integrity during shipping. audio quality is okay, but that might have been based on the mp3 files i chose. definitely would recommend doing this !!!
