Shocking Company - Received the incorrect item twice and now being told I have to pay for it if I want the correct item. I am also now being ignored.

I ordered the vinyl in late november as a present for my dads birthday on the 23rd of December. The vinyl didnt show up intil mid april the next year after spending almost £100 on the vinyl and postage. The vinyl then also has a constant background noise. Not impressed at all.

I ordered a vinyl for a birthday present in January and it said it would take 3 months to make. It’s been 6 months now and I still haven’t received anything. Don’t trust them with your money. Go to another vinyl maker.

Record took 5 months to ship when they said it would only take 3, and three of the songs are somewhat messed up with wobbly off pitch parts, while another one of the songs sounds completely destroyed.

Ordered a vinyl jacket from them. It came with some printing problems (even though the artfiles I submitted were in a higher quality than they request) so I contacted their support and they offered a replacement and that their art team will "review my files to make sure it won't have the printing problems". Apparently it meant that they took some designs off the internet and printed it instead of the art I submitted! I was shocked to find that out because it doesn't look like what I designed and it was in a lower quality. I asked for a refund but they stopped responding.
