I ordered my vinyl record on December 6th, 2021 and after patiently waiting received it on April 27th, 2022. I waited 18 weeks for the record to come in, and it looked fine until I gave it to my friend for him to listen to. The record was missing two whole songs which I had requested be put on it, they just totally ignored the audio files and never cut the songs into the vinyl. Insane how they can make a customer wait for such a long time only to receive an unfinished product. Not to mention, I emailed twice throughout the “waiting to ship” period, and the customer service gave me a one sentence response both times, saying that I will get a tracking number when it ships. No other information. Do not purchase here, you can create your own vinyl cutting company in half the time it takes them to make a record for you.

Where do I begin? I have never witnessed such sweet oiled gears of capitalism grind so smoothly as it does with this company. Let’s start with their name, In The Clouds. So poetic! It perfectly encapsulates where their heads must be. Such geniuses! What about their product? It must be amazing because I am going on 7 months and still haven’t received it. I am on pins and needles! They must be devoting special meticulous care with my 5 records I purchased. When the first attempt of my product was delivered, It had weird shipping problems. Lost for over a month! I emailed the company and by the 2nd email they let me know it wasn’t their problem, but the post office’s instead. I should have known. How foolish I was. Eventually my product arrived. It looked great! Just like I designed. I played it on my turntable and it wasn’t the music I submitted at all. Ah well. I guess I should branch out and listen to other artists. The world doesn’t revolve around me. So I decided to email them again. And by the 3rd try they said they would look into it. They even added a bit of condescending snark in their response. So edgy! I love it! What a great crew. I highly recommend this company to anyone who loves to spend money and get absolutely nothing in return! 5 stars! A+++ Keep up the great “work”!

They don’t reply to emails or messages about your order. They are mostly online yet leave you on read, or they don’t open your message at all. They have an automated message saying they will respond in 3 days, but they don’t keep that promise and leave you hanging for a long time or don’t respond at all. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD.

Absolutely despicable customer service. I placed my order in June 6th 2021. After months of half assed responses, an unfulfilled PayPal claim, a promise of reshipment with no vinyl, the team have stopped responding altogether. They have essentially STOLEN my money and won’t take responsibility for their laziness and their mistakes that have caused delays To my shipment. They refuse to cooperate with PayPal to get the item to me. They are unresponsive and unhelpful even when, on a rare occasion, they do respond. I’ll be reporting them to the BBB so that they stop scamming people with their fraudulent behaviour

I have requested a refund or solution to my canceled order with this company for months. They refuse to respond with anything but an automated message claiming that they will review and respond within 3 days. They never have. They might as well be a scam company. Do not place an order with them unless you want no product or your money stolen.

I've ordered two different products last year - a set of custom CDs and a 10" custom vinyl record. Quality of audio on both is perfect, though how hard it is to mess a CD? But for a custom vinyl, its really impressive. However my disappointment came from the print quality of the artworks. The vinyl comes in a classic cardboard sleeve as expected, however the print quality (of the very HQ artworks I provided) was very blurry up close. same for the labels on the record itself, a lot of the text is unreadably blurry! Not to mention they removed parts of my design, which included a black outline on the labels, and didn't even do it evenly. As someone in the print business, it feels like they didn't care much how its gonna look. The CDs is where it gets so much worse. They came in a similar, smaller sleeve - which on its own doesn't bother me - with the worst print quality I've ever seen. To a point I've had to make my own because it was unreasonably bad to look at. While the artwork on the CD itself looks good, I've noticed it can get smeared when your hands are slightly moist, which is both annoying and very weird. Last I'd like to mention that while the CDs took a reasonable amount of time to arrive, the vinyl took around 6 (!) months to get to me, over four and a half of those it wasn't even prepared. I do understand they take a "10 week press time" but that is WAY over the time promised.

We still are waiting for our order of 80 Tapes over a year now. They don't awnser via E-Mail anymore. So far it seems like a big scam. (even no money back after asking for that via E-Mail)

Absolutely terrible company I bought this as a gift for a friend and by the time the 3 month waiting period was up he had already move out of state, it's now been 6 months and I haven't gotten the vinyl. They sent an email after I complained to the customer service for hours saying they had it ready to ship. 2 weeks later it still hasn't shipped. Awful company and should be shut down or easily run out of business.
