If I could give a zero I would. They don’t respond to emails and there is no phone number listed. They have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. You will be scammed if you go here.

This company is extremely slow and they don’t even feel the need to reply to email, or social media. Ridiculous. Can’t wait to receive my order of custom jackets and be done with them. Still yet to receive order ITC26215 placed on 12/22/22!

Judging from the flashy looking website they have you would think they'd put in the same effort in their product, but you'd be extremely disappointed. I regret not reading these reviews before making my order. Essentially I just flushed money down the toilet. The blurry and dull print quality of the cassette I ordered was so poor that it was painful to even look at. Such a low effort was put into making it, one of the stickers wasn't even placed properly on the cheap quality cassette, it was poking out from one side. I definitely do not recommend their service. A painful lesson to learn, but a lesson learned.

use paypal (or a paypal card) this way when they mess up, or in my case, make you wait 3 months for nothing, you can file a dispute and get your money back. or a better idea.. do not use them at all.

Do NOT trust these scammers. My 6 week then around turned into 3 months. When the vinyl arrived, the images were pixelated and dull and the music sounded like it was warped and under water. Intially they were "happy" to help but soon after the help became abuse and I was receiving dozens of emails from Christy and the owner, Dan. I received a replacement after another 3 month wait. It was better, but still not worth the price in paid. After contacting them again, the abuse and poor behaviour ramped up. They posted my emails to their Instagram stories, abusing me and blaming me for their poor product. I was called every derogatory name under the sun, until they blocked me. 2 months later, I magically received a refund, but the damage had been done.

Do not order from this "company". After you pay, you will either a) only receive only a portion of your order, or more likely b) not receive anything at all. Customer service will lie and say "it is being shipped", but your order will never come. It saddens me to know there are people out there with no ethics and are willing to steal from others.

Do not purchase records from "intheclouds". 9 months later and my order has not shipped. 'Christy', whom I assume works as customer service, blames UPS for not having my order, and then refuses to respond back for months. Big scam...
