Shipping took long but customer service was helpful and kind. The package was shipped shortly after inquiring. Jackets were exactly how I wanted them! Thank you!

Made a vinyl for my partner. He loved it so much. I loved how well the print was made for the cover, very nicely done.

It turned our super great thank you very much, my dad is going to love it.

My order was for a gift that I had custom made back in July 2023. Order came on time - which I was honestly surprised by (as I didn't read other reviews until after I had placed my order) and also surprised by because I live all the way in Australia. Came on time, in great condition, just how I ordered. I would leave 4.5 stars if I could - half a star lost only to the sleeve being lower quality than expected - but overall, no real issues so 5 stars is earned.

Intheclouds prepared a double vinyl album with the set list from a concert that my daughter and I attended. Added personal pictures to the album covers and labels. Perfect and memorable gift for my daughter, and I have ordered a second copy for me!

very happy with the end result. wish you guys also had a feature for labeling the spine but i'm so so happy.

Exclllent product and great turnaround time. Communication is lacking as I tried to email twice with no response
