I haven’t heard anything from the Company about my order and i can't track my package. It's a birthday gift for my friend who has birthday on the 20th of december so it would be nice if i were able to track my package but im not. I think it's really bad communication.

I wish I could say anything good about this company, but I can't. I ordered a custom vinyl almost 8 weeks ago and still haven't received anything. There hasn't been a single email explaining why either. But don't worry, you'll be spammed with emails about other things they sell instead! Unbelievable. Absolutely ANY sort of "I'm sorry, demand is high at the moment. We are 60% the way done with your vinyl" would be helpful, but nothing.

I have been trying to get ahold of the support team of this company for over two weeks. I have sent two emails and filled out the contact form on their website and all I get is radio silence. I was quoted 6-8 weeks back in the first week of september, and now as november comes to a close, I haven’t heard a peep about my order. Do not order from them if you expect any sort of communication on their end.

My order has finally come after months of waiting and my vinyl arrived with big black marks on it. Not happy. I’ve tried contacting the company about this via email yet have received no response, I would like a refund for this as it is I’m not good condition and I paid a lot of money for it, I can send photos of the marks if required

I placed my order on July 17 and as of October 11 I stopped receiving emails from them about my order that was supposed to ship August 28. I have somehow been waiting for an agent on their customer support service for 3 days but it doesn't help anyways because the only response I've received was that someone will update the production team. One person named Dan told me it was completed on September 13th but the automated email responses are not helpful in finding out where my order is. I don't mind the wait as I see people have received their packages, it's just the complete lack of communication from this company. Will update my review after I receive my order. Edit: On November 6, 2023 I cancelled my order and submitted a report to the proper authorities where I’m from. Received a full refund on November 12, 2023.

The whole process was too slow, and it took more time than expected for my order be completed. After that I’ve being waiting for months for my order to arrive and even the delivery company is taking more time than they should. I don’t recommend at all this website and company. Not enough transparency, high prices and not support for the costumer.

If the "custom-made non refundable product" is not up to MINIMAL standard, what do you want me to do? I can't enjoy this. Fuzzy 144p like quality you would get from $1 earphones. Flimsy outer that barely fits both the records. Please consider giving me SOMETHING BACK?! This is not worth the price in any way.

I received my album a month later than expected, so over two months after I placed my original order. My first disappointment was the vinyl jacket. It SMELLED BAAAAD! I'm not a person who is very sensitive to smells, but this has a strong chemical smell that hasn't gone away. It fills the room. I think I will have to throw it away. Second, the jacket is poor quality. It is floppy, not firm like a vinyl jacket should be. It feels almost damp, like the ink is still wet. Third, the audio quality sounded okay for the first few seconds, but then you can hear it sounds almost limited. I can't explain it. For example when the artist hits a high/loud note, it's almost like it's capped or something. No bass, no depth. For the money I paid I'm VERY disappointed. I will not use them ever again, nor recommend them.
