Placed an order (#ITC29982) for custom CD back in Dec. Still waiting. Reached out multiple times got no response. Want a refund!

Was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my father. Took forever to get, even after I sent many emails with no response. Poor communication and poor quality sound. The sound of the record was terrible and not worth the money at all. Use a different company!!!!!

have been waiting for over 8 weeks. they changed the estimated ship date, but provided no email explaining why or apologising? and haven’t provided an alternative ship date? i have read other reviews from this company and fear i won’t receive my order. this was meant to be an order for my boyfriends birthday. he is waiting in anticipation and so am i. i’m mainly annoyed and disappointed in the lack of communication i have received. i have sent several emails with no response. my order number is: #ITC29819. would just like a possible new ship date prediction and some confirmation that my order is being made and will actually arrive. i spent so much money on this, in this economy. i am a student and spending this much money was a big deal for me. i am not particularly pleased with your company.

I only ordered 2 custom vinyl jackets. I don’t see how that would take more than two weeks to “fulfill” order, as my order is unfulfilled even at this moment. Communication is horrible. I would be willing to change my rating if I receive communication from my emails and dms about my 2 (TWO) vinyl JACKETS. Or please send a refund for this order ORDER #ITC30325 Thank you

I made my order for a custom gatefold in March 2023 and it has been almost a year and I still have not received my purchase. I have sent a dozen emails to the customer support for my order #ITC27407 and the latest response in October was that their printer was broken and they lost my artwork. I resubmitted the artwork and was told it would be prioritized and shipped soon. It is now the end of January and still no gatefold or updates despite me sending multiple emails asking for an ETA. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Throughout this whole process I haven’t received a reply to any of my emails, I did receive 1 reply on Instagram at some point where I was told I could send the art for the vinyl record via a link provided as long as I attached my order number to it. I did exactly that. The processing time took a lot longer than expected, after reading the reviews here I’ve realized I might have been lucky to have even received it at all. When it came in today there was no art anywhere on it, the record jacket and label sticker were all white and blank. The center label sticker was put on misaligned so the record drags and sounds unbelievably distorted and not at all like how it should sound. It been a disappointment to see something I’ve been so excited to receive, come in like this. Had I known they’d ignore the artwork I sent in I wouldn’t have placed my order with them. I’m still awaiting a reply. Still hoping there’s something we can do to make this right and hoping it not wishful thinking.

I have sent over 10 emails over a span of 3 weeks to this company. I order a custom cd a month ago and still have no heard back, this place is a scam. If in the clouds happens to see this, as the only care about their reputation and not the status of their customers orders, my order is ITC29934, and I except to hear something back or I will be claiming this purchase fraudulent.

The company has not responded to my 3 emails. I have been waiting for about 8 weeks. Please, someone needs to do something, this is ridiculous. I hope someone at the company sees this and actually does something about my order instead of a “we are very sorry about this” note. Any information or response would be greatly appreciated, as you already missed the birthday that I was planning on giving this for. Order #ITC29576
