Absolutely horrible customer service. My account package has said delivered for weeks, but it was never even received. It says delivered and left in mailbox but it is nowhere in that building nor the buildings near it. I have contacted this company about 6 times and have received continual ghosting. USPS says they will provide documentation to give to the company that it is not found, but this company will send a basic auto generated email and then never reply to me. I have been asking for a refund once I realized they weren’t going to reply back to me, but they still are refusing to acknowledge my emails. I’ve given many chances to them but am unfortunately left to leave this review. I’ve never had this kind of customer service, they charged so much and will not even bother replying. Would not recommend.

I bought a vinyl record for my boyfriend’s birthday and it’s been 2 months and still hasn’t shipped. They did respond quickly through email but told me the same thing both times (it’s taking longer than anticipated ship time). At this point I just want my money back. Sucks that I was really excited to gift this to someone. Order still hasn’t shipped, not a good experience

This company takes your money and then does not send the product and when asked they will not give a date. Don’t order from them. No business should take consumers hard earned money and not send product in a timely manner.

I ordered my vinyls in November and have yet to receive them. I got an email saying they’ve been shipped but the tracking just says the labels been created. It’s been months. Can I either have the vinyls this month or can you give me my money back?

It’s been well over their allotted time for shipping my package and I am not hearing anything from this company after sending emails everyday to their support email address. This is after going back and forth with them for weeks trying to get an update just to be told I never put in the order and that they have no information for. At this point I just want my product I ordered and to never interact with this company again.

For many reasons, i have to say that I can’t recommend Intheclouds. I purchased a double LP on the 1st of January and it took more than two months for the package to arrive. They have a big problem with dealing with their commands, but they did answer my many emails that I sent during the making process and the posting. I you can, don’t buy their items, unless they improve their posting issues.

I got the record and realized it was the worst sound I ever heard. The right channel is mostly noise that starts on the record before the first track starts, on every record, on every side. And now I understand that the only thing I can do with this record is to throw it away. They didn't check this record after recording. I wrote them by e-mail, and they haven't answered me about a problem with the record. As an additional point - they have smelly paint and use it for cover printing. So, it was the last time I have ordered anything from Intheclouds

Horrible It has been over 8 weeks since I ordered and I still have no shipping info or anything. I tried contacting support and no answets
