I am about half way through my IK experience. This is the second time. The first time (about 6 years ago) it was well worth it. My review on 2026-09-09 is changed from 4 starts to 3 due to another bad experience. As of 2026-09-09 here is a one sentence version: They try very hard, and in some ways they DO deliver. However, for N thousand dollars (I forget precisely what I paid and the price changes over time), I do not like it when my urgent requests are handled by bots that do not work. They are supposed to be in the AI teaching business yet they can not make a bot work. It is ok to test things and have problems, but if you haven't fully vetted your bot, then please provide a human backup. At present there is no such backup. When an issue arises and they handle it diligently, but then then they ask me, repeatedly for a good review. More history: My original review here (written on 2026-08-24) was only two stars. It turned out this was because of a communications hiccup - the way they route queries changed - they kindly reached out pretty soon after the issue, but I was very busy and could not meet with tme. My schedule finally cleared, we met, and and my issue was resolved on 2026-09-04. so I changed my review to 4 stars. Update 2026-09-10 I'm lowering my review to 3 starts because the same communication problem happened again. They are trying to automate their processes for dealing with students. Well, the bot does not work well at all. Like I said above at 2026-09-04 I did speak with someone who was helpful and they said if the bot is unhelpful, there is something I can do to obtain human assistance. I needed human assistance (to determine what time my coaching session was, the bot nor the tab called "Schedule" could answer this question). I am likely to miss my coaching session now. This is a probably for people who are very busy. In my current program I have completed all of the technical courses, which were pretty good. With my current program there are also unlimited forms of private coaching for both technical and behavioral aspects. I have not used these yet but I am looking forward to them (The one on one's here are brief - 20 min, and there are also 1 hour sessions but other students sometimes drop in). I love the unlimited nature of these sessions. I have also not yet done any mock interviews in my current enrollment. These are 1 on 1 and much deeper than the sessions I mentioned in the previous paragraph. From the last time I took IK, I found the practice to be *extremely* helpful the first time I took IK. Last time I waited too long to take them and so did not use up all 16. This time I sure hope I start them early enough. I like the fact that they allow me to pause the program - so if work or other aspects of life get too intense partway through, rest assured that you can take a break and come back when your life calms down.

Modules are designed well. The curriculum is thorough without being bloated. Every concept is broken down clearly. Faculty are very knowledgeable about the topics. One thing that sets Interview Kickstart apart is the quality of their instructors. These aren't just educators — they're engineers who have hands on experience.

support is prompt (<24 hrs) and helpful. only downside is during on boarding they call a lot :)

My experience being a conglomeration of different skill sets, I was unsure what would be the correct job track for me. Uplevel coach Yugun helped me understand my correct fit for job role . Also, Uplevel patiently helped me navigate through 3 different tracks and extend my support period as I was unable to use the expert hours within my actual end of support period . I am finally following the correct pathway.

Hello team, I have been part of the IK since 2024 July. The program had to be kept on hold because of some personal schedules on my side. I'm active since Feb 2025. I have taken one mock interview, and a series of sessions with my program co-ordinator Sneha. The mock interview would be more productive if a real job interview is lined up. As of now, I have not been sent any job posting or option. Since I'm targeting a senior position, I wish to get some support from IK as otherwise it is hard to get through the screening via platforms like LinkedIn due to the high volume of candidates. The course material is good and useful, but during the course of my industry stay, I have sat through a few knowledge enablements sessions. Also, realistically, it is hard to consume so much of training material being in a high position with immense responsibility and workload ( currently Sr. Director at SAP ). On the other hand, the interaction with Sneha has been very productive. She has immensely helped me in improving my resume, as well as provided very valuable insights on my linkedin profile. Though I'm facing a struggle at my current work due to high workload, I'm motivated to continue my interactions with IK as these are supportive of my pursual for a new position in a different organization. As feedback on the course content and videos provided by IK, the level of detail and the depth of the core concepts covered in the videos are truly mind openers. I have been Maths student ever, read every book of algebra at that time, enjoyed and used to cherish it but never understood the true meaning or use case of it in real life. Until, I saw the videos, use of metrics, what it represents and how it could be used to represent a pattern and drive a logic. This added more interest in watching videos. Each session has been carefully crafted to open up new perspectives and enhance understanding, which has been beneficial for my learning journey. The mock interviews are really helping in boosting the confidence and taking away the fear of interview. However, only one concern I have is that I found, though the videos are extensive but sometimes overly long and thus time-consuming. While the thoroughness is appreciated, it can be challenging to complete the course within a reasonable timeframe. Perhaps a more trimmed version in some cases would help us finish the content within timeframe. At last, I would really like to complete this session with atleast one good offer from a good company like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian and others. I am thankful for all the guidance being shared so far.
