Interview Kickstart is best resource to prepare for interviews, they put in extensive hours of curriculum in place with instructors who are themselves conducting interviews for MAANG companies and are hands on experts in their area.

Overall, I'd give my experience 4.5 stars. It's helpful for accountability and connecting you with some very experienced people in the industry who know how things work. You can definitely do well without IK--probably not worth the money without a discount or two or if you already have connections in big tech companies. But the people inside the company seem genuinely passionate and interested about training good engineers for good opportunities and them doing a bit of hand holding through creating a resume, STAR-method behavioral stories, navigating the recruiting process, etc. Shout out for Ajita Singh, my career coach, for making time for me outside her schedule and being pretty helpful. PSA -- students don't get rewarded for reviews, but the company does apparently tie career coach's comp to positive reviews for the company on this site. I'm writing this because my career coach asked me to write a 5 star review and indirectly requested I say 5 instead of 4 (since I'd have given a 4 star review without that). Just keep that in mind when you see hundreds of five star reviews.

I'm a senior software engineer at Apple and I enrolled into IK to help me improve my DS & Algorithm (DSA) understanding and system design skills. Omkar Deshpande, who has built the material is absolutely the BEST teacher I've found for learning DSA! He breaks down various algorithms and complexity into simple patterns that help your grok the concepts and applications. He also provides a great framework for handling system design questions. Other platform coaches are mostly senior experts in the industry and I've learnt so much their experience as well. Lastly, the IK operations staff is super flexible and supportive and respond immediately to any needs. IK might appear pricey but personally, I feel it's an investment in one's education and if you can afford it, and are willing to spend time and effort, you won't this. I would VERY highly recommend this and offer all the very best to the platform's promoter team.

Mock interviews and course videos are very professional and helpful. I got a software engineer offer from an ideal company after the prep program. I do recommend it.
