Inconsistent, Unsupportive and Disconnected. Interstatemovingnow.com is a dispatcher, not a moving company. They work with multiple moving companies to meet their client needs, however, they don't have the ability to live up to their promises. The process started with a sales individual, Ken Gerrard, making promises and guarantees of delivery dates, volumes to be moved and the company that would be moving us. Two months prior to moving, to ensure the company had plenty of time to schedule, I spent 2 hours on the phone with Ken to ensure we correctly got the volume of truck required. We paid for full service moving, where Ken said that everything would be taken care of including removing TV's from walls, disconnecting appliances etc., packing all items in our home. About a week prior to moving without any contact from Interstatemovingnow.com, I reached out to confirm everything was on schedule. At this time I was told of what was included within the full service. This does not include the services promised by Ken. I don't mind disconnecting appliances, but the fact that I was promised the moon by sales and having to pivot did not get the move off to a good start. When the movers arrived, first it was a different company than promised, second they came with two small trucks instead of a 40ft container and third they told us that they would not meet our guaranteed delivery date. Remember this is not Interstatemoversnow.com. Interstatemoversnow.com was completely unavailable and unsupportive during this process. I had to find the owner of the moving company directly to have get our guaranteed delivery date (paying more to achieve this). Further, we had to leave items behind because the total truck volume was smaller than what was originally quoted. I cannot stress how useless this company is. Sales is disconnected from all other departments. Their documentation is inconsistent on what is included in services and they do not help when things go wrong during the move. Absolute mistake using this organization. 2/10, do not recommend.
