InterpunkReviews of interpunk.com

I ordered several vinyl records listed as in stock. They took my money but didn’t ship. Come to find out they were out of stock. Cancelling the order only gets you store credit. You can’t get a refund so I used credit buy more vinyl listed as in stock that were out of stock. Finally, I attempted to contact them weekly for about 3 months before getting a response. The response was just to try to use the credit to buy more stuff. I filed a dispute through PayPal. After a couple weeks PayPal got my money back. What a scam. I used to buy from there as a teenager in the early 2000’s. They’ve essentially become a rip off company.

I initially ordered two shirts from them but cancelled one of the shirts as it was on back order. They unfortunately still charged me for the two shirts which over a month later has not even arrived yet. Their site order status mentions I was credited for the cancelled shirt but the funds were never deposited back into my account. I sent 2 messages 2 weeks ago and no one has been kind enough to respond to my concerns. No way I'll be ordering through this sh!t show again.

The site is basically out of business, but will take your money for orders they never ship. As a seller, they are selling my items but not paying me for them.

Not so good. I understand things are often out of stock, especially limited edition vinyl. This is crazy though, I placed an order, however the records i ordered first, were out of stock. ok, no prob, understandable, I thought I can just get a refund. Wrong, no refunds at all, only store credit. ok, again, no problem, I can pick out some other records I want. The next 10 - 12 different records I tried to order, not in stock. I finally find some things i want in stock... the cart shows the items are ready to ship for 2 days. Third day, Items are removed from my cart, different items added, and I owe another 11.00 before my order will ship out. I tried writing them through this whole process, no reply. The option to cancel items from my cart no longer shows, so now I am waiting for a reply if they can take a 12.00 item out of my cart, and ship my order. Very bad place to order from.

So a place to order in October 20th and website said item shipped the 21st 3-5 day shipping time Well now it's Nov 1st and no merchandise and no reply . Will be putting in a dispute to bbb And my credit card company . I had placed an order back in 2014 or so and everything was fine and received my order within a few days now the company has seemed to be exactly what everyone else is saying they scam avoid this company at all costs

Ordered a special, unique gift for a close friend from interpunk.com. The vinyl record showed, as I was purchasing, that it would be in stock "tomorrow." Didn't show out of stock prior to that. The store processed the payment through my credit card, but never had the record. I ended up having to file a dispute a month later. It's a scam. Basically, they take your money without having the merchandise. Then, when you try canceling the order, instead of refunding the money back to your card, they issue a store credit. So, charge a person upfront for what will never be in stock, then force them to buy something else in your store. Absolute scam!

Honestly not sure what the deal is with this company... I was a customer for years but hadn't ordered in a while. I placed an order for quite a few things and received a package with like maybe 20% of what I ordered. I've sent countless emails just trying to figure out what the deal is but have never heard back. I had to file a complaint through PayPal which took weeks just to get my money back. I'd avoid them .

I've bought stuff from interpunk off and on for almost 20 years but in the last few years they've ceased to be a legitimate business. I'm missing a big order from back in March that they billed me for but I never got anything. They don't respond to emails and if you put in a ticket to customer service, nothing happens. I've left about a dozen of those tickets and sent as many emails with no response. It seems that they've fallen off and are now just a scam company.
