I had two separate orders placed June 11 - one said it shipped June 18, but I never received it, and no one responded to my inquiries for a tracking number. The other order showed the status “ready to ship” on one record and “expected in stock tomorrow” on the other record. The status was unchanged for 2 months. I finally ended up putting in a claim with my credit card company. I’m very disappointed and feel scammed. Don’t give them your money - it doesn’t appear that this business is even operational.

I had my card compromised the day after making a purchase from Interpunk. I used to use the site without issue (over 3 years ago and for 10 years prior), but now it's a mess. I reached out to support concerning the card details being stolen, but their email inbox is actually full so the message was never received. Not a surprise, given what I've read here and other places. The twitter has been inactive for 2 years ... so I am thinking maybe the page was taken over by a scammer of some kind within that time. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

As a longtime seller I had my last 750 USD to request... after 2 months still no payment or answer to about 8 e-mails.

Just like everyone else is saying, don't do business here. It's been roughly 4 months since I ordered a couple shirts. One was "waiting on arrival" for 2 months, I finally cancelled that shirt and they said my order was shipped on March 22. It has now been another month and not so much as a tracking number has been provided. Literally a scam, as long as they have apparently had issues fulfilling orders it's a wonder their website hasn't been shut down.

Total rubbish never shop at this website, they never respond to email, don't answer their phone. Still waiting on a refund for a month now, had to contact bank and start a claim, warning never shop at interpunk.

Being a vinyl collector i saw they had a record that was easy to get maybe a year ago but due to lack of re-issues its gotten harder, I Google the record and guess what? They had it for 50 bux cheaper than discogs, its possible some stragglers were left behind. Load up my cart, make a name lol and it says it will be in stock ( tomorrow ) . YEAH , OK. NO THANK YOU. After reading stuff on here, thank God I knew better.

I did research into interpunk after I got duped as well. I called record stores in the area near the address listed on google. I wanted to see if the record community knew anything about what happened to interpunk. Without giving names - people who knew of the people that ran that business had been having internal problems. Employees didn't like the way the owner was running the business and eventually it was this dude running it by himself. He eventually skipped town. The address given on google for interpunk is incorrect. Interpunk hasn't been working out of that space for years. Nearby business's had no idea there was even a record store there. If you want to solve the problem, I suggest you call your bank and file a claim. It took about 40-50 days, but I got my money back. None of that store credit nonsense. The dude is scamming you and the funny thing is, he still has the nerve to email advertisements for new releases. FIGHT BACK FOR YOUR MONEY. I suggest buying from Grave Mistake records or Revhq.com. You will get your records within DAYS. Much love and good luck.
