Internet hobbies is a fraudulent business. I ordered (3) models from them on 3/26/21, with a 2-3 day shipping per the information on their website. After a couple of weeks went by with no update on my order, I emailed them for status. They replied that my order was complete and would ship on 4/13/21. I never received the tracking number promised by them when the order left their warehouse, so I emailed them several times with no response. They finally responded on 5/4/21 sating that my order would ship the next day and I would receive a tracking number. Once again, no tracking number or confirmation was received. I emailed them back demanding a full refund, to which they replied "I have forwarded this email to my lawyer". I repeated my demand for a refund via email and the company replied "F OFF". I called my bank and reported the company as a fraud. My bank refunded my money, but I am inclined to warn others about this horrible company.

Put in an order of $198 in early April and $120 was immediately charged to my credit card. Since then, received no communication, no shipment of merchandise. Multiple emails sent to inquire my order status received no reply while at the same time, this scammer kept sending his ads to my inbox.

Ordered model paints from this store. There was no notice that the paints I ordered were out of stock. After several e-mails I finally received most of my order. This was several weeks later. One item was missing and continued to send e-mails asking when the item would be shipped, but no replies. Really poor service from this shop. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

I ordered and authorized payment for 5 model kits plus shipping for 5 kits. Without notice, my order was reduced to 3 kits. I was billed for the 3 kits plus the shipping for the original 5. Only 2 kits were actually shipped. Internet hobbies does not respond to emails and won't answer their phone.

Internet Hobbies – The world’s worst hobby store. Do not even think of ordering from them. They have only done one thing since I put in an order 12 months ago, take my money as soon as I put in the order, before they even checked they had the items in stock (web site implied that they were in stock, but they were not). They normally do not answer enquires, or just come back with ‘Will check when we open’, etc. (auto replies), but never ever have they responded after these short impolite replies. I have asked them to cancel the order on many occasions since they have no chance of getting the items in stock, but they just ignore ever request. Simply they are just thieves and liars. Everything they do (or is it don’t do) is worst practice.

I had placed an order for some paints on Dec 3, 2020 that I had never received. Sent out an email to them and the reply that came back said they were closed for the holidays. Sent out another one after the holidays on a Friday morning, the reply said they were closed for the weekend. Then sent out another one on a Tuesday. No reply this time nor after leaving a message on the phone number provided. Finally looked up reviews for Internet Hobbies and all came back with the same stories of never receiving items after being charged. Terrible rating with the BBB as well. Wish I had looked at these prior to ordering. Luckily I was able to send a dispute through PayPal which came through. Apparently PayPal is quite familiar with them from what I read.

Do not use ! They stole 60 dollars from us and stop communicating with you and don’t deliver your product! People have complained they gave had hundreds of dollars stolen! Shut this business down !

Internet Hobbies 504 Business Route 6 Mayfield, Pa. 18433 I have posted this short complaint on as many modeling sites as I can find: I have made 5 orders since April 29 for 10 kits. I have received 5 of the kits. I'm surprised I got any!!!! I have contacted them by phone, message & emails for the past 2 months and get no response. They have ripped me off for over $300 in kits. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but don't expect it will do any good. If anybody out there knows another way to get them to respond, or someone else to file complaints with please inform me. I don't intend to lose $300 to these thieves!!! There seems to be many complaints about this seller. I do realize that shipping has been an issue due to the virus, they have used this in their website as an excuse, but I have since placed [and received] many overseas orders since I bought from these people. The least they could do is answer my requests in a reasonable time. Any advice as to how I can proceed would be greatly appreciated.
