Bought 3 orb balls for christmas presents. Neither work and the charging leads do not fit the product rendering it useless. The customer service is automated and they want me to pay extortionate amounts to return the product to China which is more than the cost of the products !!! The company are allegedly from England so not sure why return is to China. Avoid at all costs

Avoid!!! Ordered nearly 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. I have emailed numerous times just to be told they will try and reach the courier and to wait patiently 🤔. No tracking number so you’re just waiting with no guarantee of purchase, apart from the fact they’ve taken your money!! Thankfully I was able to get a refund through PayPal.

I saw a sponsored ad on Facebook for a flying ball. It had thousands of comments about how good the product was. Paid for the item, the amount shown was correct, then I got a notification via my banking app telling me I’d spent much more with the company. When I checked the transaction I realised the company deducted more than the item was, more than the payment amount I authorised. When I contacted, I asked them for a refund and explained the situation. After several days they replied claiming that it was a ‘system error’. I’ve asked more times than I can count for a refund now and I’m getting nowhere. They will not process one! I’m now going to have to lodge a complaint with my bank to claim the money back! Please, please, please do not order from this company. They stole money from my account and despite advising this was a system error they still refuse to refund me. Poor customer service, if you can even reach them. Avoid!
