Agent not shipping company
Agent that outsourced every aspect of shipping to multiple parties. Resulted in duplication of communication / paperwork with each party. Ignored emails and requested details that had already been provided. Didn't answer questions. Movers incorrectly labelled boxes resulting in nightmare unpacking. Huge delays in shipping goods. Took 4 months to transport container from USA to NZ.

Dear Customer We appreciate your comments in regards to the performance of our destination agent in New Zealand and we will take it in consideration for future shipments, however in reference to the delays, I would like to remind you that we had to wait over two months for you to provide us with the original title for the motorcycle which caused the delay. We would also like to point out that given one star for the overall performance of our services is not fair on your part, after all your shipment arrive in good condition and per the terms of the shipping agreement.
