International Sea & Air ShippingReviews of internationalmoving.com

The entire process of moving from Pine Beach, New Jersey, USA to Bonegilla, Victoria, Australia was terrific. It started with International Sea and Air Shipping from Elmont NY. All staff have been extremely helpful, very professional and courteous and were on top of everything, paperwork was filed promptly and there was always someone to assist as needed. They shipped my container out of Kearney, NJ. The Australian connection - Palmers Relocations were also a great company to deal with. Michael Brewer was very easy to work with and he and his team were very organised and professional. The whole process has been a great experience, right down to the delivery at the nominated address. The delivery driver did a fantastic job. I would Heartily recommend both Palmers Relocations and International Sea and Air Shipping. Very reasonable pricing, excellent service. Sent from my iPhone

Hillary and the entire team in the US and Germany were amazing. In a a relatively short time (and in a pandemic) everyone was responsive, understanding, efficient and provided exemplary service. They took care of every detail of our packing and shipment. Hillary took a daunting timeline and happily helped make it happen working with great local crews. I highly recommend International Sea & Air.

I shopped around for a sea container move to Germany. IS&AS kept coming up in a positive light so chose them. Working with the staff has been a pleasure. They are consummate professionals and made my "Umzug" easy. The local crew who packed and carted away my furniture and possessions were careful, hard working and fast! But they still took the time to explain everything in detail and were extremely courteous. I certainly hope that everything goes as smoothly on the German end but have a good feeling that it will!

Hillary explained everything really well and put me at ease while other companies had made things look complicated. She and Jeanine always replied promptly and were very friendly. The packing crew did an excellent job loading up the container. So far, I am really happy with the experience. The company taking over the transport in Germany has also been very responsive. My belongings are still en route though; I'm hoping the rest of the journey will be just as smooth.

Hillary was exactly what I needed to get this done. Moving into Australia is challenging at the best of times But during COVID everything has become so much more complicated. She was patient with my questions and once I gave her the right information, Hillary made a excellent plan for my shipment home at a fantastic price. Very very grateful

Such helpful people, they talked me through all the steps with so much patience.I would recommend this company to everyone especially anyone like me that dreads using computers etc.Excellent service, excellent pricing

Outstanding company. STRONGLY recommend!!!!!

The team at ISA provided a great service in difficult circumstances. We shopped around for quotes and although not the cheapest they gave a good professional impression and we (justifiably) felt confident about them moving our possessions. Close to the move date there was an unavoidable delay to the packing crew ( from OK transfers in Wichita) being able to make the packing date because of Covid 19 restrictions. They recovered excellently and we still made our move on time. The packers were skilled, hard working and very considerate. I'm sure it mattered that they were all long term employees, not casual labor. Billing was as expected with no surprises. Thank, you Nikki, Jeanine and Ronnie at ASL and also the folk at OK transfer.
