International Sea & Air ShippingReviews of internationalmoving.com

I recently moved from Chicago, USA to Aruba and after much research, I hired International Sea & Air Shipping to ship my belongings. Their service surpassed all my expectations! From the sales process with Boaz to the planning process with Jasmine to the pick-up and drop-off, every person did an excellent job of making sure that all my items were safely and securely packed and moved. Please pass my sincere thanks to all your employees and partners who assisted with this move. Your teams went above and beyond and this was by far the best moving service I have used! Lastly, I would like to commend you for your excellent customer service!

We needed a trustworthy and personable service to handle shipping sentimental family heirlooms from Florida to London in the middle of a pandemic. This was a very emotional transitional period for the MIL living alone and in poor health so not being able to be there to help and oversee the move was very difficult. We researched extensively using Trustpilot and asked friends for recommendations. We were nervous. International Movers were excellent throughout. They have a FB page which we liked and Hillary, our liaison manager, contacted us directly and settled our nerves immediately with her confident and straightforward talking. Jeannine handled our fees efficiently and in a timely manner and Daniel handled import and delivery. The whole team made us feel personally cared for and at ease answering every stupid question really quickly and often during holiday periods. The delivery went smoothly. Every precious item arrived safely. We can’t recommend these guys enough. Don’t look any further just make contact with Hillary now and relax.

Smooth Move Moved a partial container from San Juan to Cordova, Alabama. Response was quick after my first contact with the company. They were very courteous and friendly by phone and in mails. I never had to wonder about the status of my items, as I was kept apprised at all times. The packers they chose did a splendid job of encasing my precious Spanish 19th century antiques, which included mirror and glass shelving. The deliverers were courteous and careful. I was thoroughly satisfied with the entire process. If I could give them six stars I would.

I've moved quite a bit over the years, but the specialist team sent today by International Sea & Air Shipping to pack my artworks and valuables was by far the most efficient, experienced, and courteous I've ever encountered. Bravo on your choice of local partner! I couldn't believe how reasonable your quote was compared to other fine arts shippers, and now you've really impressed me with your service.

The team at International Sea & Air are very efficient. From initial contact to final delivery everyone was very professional. There are so many steps and handoffs but their organization was perfect. Definitely recommend without any doubts.

Every other company I contacted was not willing to help me due to the complicated request I had, so I took the chance working with this one. They answered all my questions, and took the time to make sure everything ended up well. I had to ship a container from the middle of nowhere in northern Europe to rural Ohio. Two ships, a train, and a truck on either side. It ended up delayed, but because of the pandemic clogging all the ports so you can't fault anyone for that. I packed a 20' container myself that I own. I suspect most of the negative reviews are because of 3rd party moving companies doing a terrible job doing the packing locally. If you have valuables you don't trust others with, pack as much as you can yourself.

Moving from Vietnam to the US, I was seriously concerned about the VN Customs interface as they had presented me with difficulties in the past. Talia and Niki arranged for a very excellent local moving group that shepherded my consignment through the gauntlet. All arrived in Houston without a single headache. The only headache and that was understandable - The Port of Houston. Now their expert assistance for the next task - Central America. Too easy for the Ladies!

For us, the biggest anxiety about our long-distance move was picking the right Moving company. A company that will show up on time, with no hidden fees and additional cost, and handle our belongings with care. International Sea & Air Shipping is that and much more. The moving team on both ends was professional, resourceful, and friendly. We had some significant delays (more than 3 hours) related to the building elevator on the move out day. Not only the team worked around the issue and reshuffled their schedule to finish the job, International Sea & Air kept the price as quoted in our survey estimate.
