I was very pleased with their communication and pick up services within the U.S.. All members of the team that I dealt with was very professional and made this hard time easier. I was worried about the arrival, customs and shipping to my door in Turkey. I had to pay an additional customs fee in Turkey which was normal procedure. The company that international shipping worked with here in Turkey was wonderful and very communicative and prompt. My overall experience was great and I would recommemd them to everyone.

From our initial conversation with Ana then to Ronnie quoting, coordination and scheduling were easy. Answering question with quick response. (Even in the middle of the night when we thought of new questions). They all virtually held our hands through the process. Even quick rescheduling when my mom fell and we had to be in the hospital and couldn’t move everything the next day. The moving team I wrote this previously for them. We had the best experience using this moving company. Planners and moving crew made a totally stressful situation of moving across the world into an easy experience. They packed and communicated throughout the day and followed up with photos and timing of everything so nicely all we had to do was know what we needed and pay them. Even when we didn’t know at the end of the day and was finalizing things. They were so patient with us and helped go through every cabinet and drawer to make sure we had everything. Thank you!!! We appreciate everyone and a special thanks to Ernesto and his crew. You made us feel very well cared for on a crazy day. After everything picked up Jeanine communicated our actual weight and cost. Communicated when paid and worked on the items we wished to insure for the transit. Gave us our tracking info and estimated date of arrival. This was, by far, our very best customer service experience ever. International Sea & Air Shipping handled our move with care and excellence from Day One until the last day (today) when our items arrived and were carefully loaded into our storage unit. When another company provided no advance information regarding our upcoming move from the U.S. to Ireland, we went with our gut and tried International Sea & Air Shipping. It was a very last-minute decision, but International Sea & Air was the best choice we could have made. They assigned a person to our move (Jeanine) who helped us every step of the way to answer questions and coordinate with the many other people connected to our move including the movers on the U.S. side, the company that was in charge of clearing our belongings into Ireland (a very complex process which again was handled flawlessly), and the movers in Ireland. My husband and I are so very impressed with International Sea & Air Shipping, and we thank them all for being there for us and providing exceptional service. Relocating to another country is extremely stressful, but this company made the moving part a breeze.
