Absolutely one of the worst companies I've ever encountered!! I ordered a personalized shirt & asked them to forward the shirt to my new address since the package was sent back to them because the Post office can't forward priority mail. They refused after them taking over a month to ship. So I've been taken for $40.00. Don't do business with this company. And it's aparent it's a foreign company because their emails are always sent in the very early hours of the morning-like 1 or 2 a.m.

I recently ordered a personalized mom dog tote. They told me the order had been received and would let me know when it was going to be shipped. I sent them an email just wanting to know the status of the order and the email came back saying there was no such address as the one that they gave. There is no damn phone number to contact anybody so now I guess I have just been scammed out of my money. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift so thanks a lot for nothing people. If they had less than one star to rate you with I would do that

This company is a scam. I'm having my lawyer's look into them. My order just dosen't ship. I better get a refund or there will be hell to pay. It's not the amount of money it's the principal.. screw people out over the holidays is just wrong.

After not getting my order in a timely manner as expected, I ended up not getting it all! And someone had audacity tell me be empathetic be patient yet I came in the deal letting them know I needed these items for a breast cancer walk on a specific date & was lead to believe I’d get it? Didn’t happen & when they FINALLY answer you they’re rude. Shipment is definitely not as described or expected. And they don’t reply in timely manner either.
