Extremely slow shipping. I asked for a speed up shipping. I was told production time is 5-10 business days. Now it's been more than 15 business days and 3 weeks. I still haven't seen the product. Stay away if you can..

I was under the impression I was buying from a US company, in fact it is located in China promoting themselves as a US based company. Product is made/printed and shipped from China. No telling when my order will arrive. It better be worth the $66.00 I paid for a military hoodie!!!!

I’m giving a good review because I was about to give a bad one. Although I did not receive any type of delivery status I did receive my package 2-3 weeks after buying it. The product is a light up fixture and it’s pretty bad ass for 60$.

I order u.s army logo in my flag and they send air force even the pic show it..materials look inexpensive and bad customer service..not phone either.

I ordered a personalized throw for my grandmother for Christmas. Received it on Christmas Eve just in the Nick of time. It was literally the size of a towel my mistake as I had assumed by the size guide that it would be the size of a normal throw. Customer service was responsive but I’m stuck with this towel size personalized thin rag and no gift for grandma. My bad on my part for not pulling out a tape measure prior to ordering and assuming that $40 would get me blanket that would actually be big enough to keep grandma warm

Only giving 1 star because there is no -10 star rating! These people are a ripoff! Ordered a sign a month ago and have yet to recieve it. Pretty much chalked it up as they stole my money!!! Dont order anything from these people you will not recieve it!!!

Only putting one star because I have to. I ordered a custom blanket over a week ago. They took my money no problem but have yet to provide me with any shipping information. But are real quick to send e mails to buy more of their products. Sorry your way of running a business is beyond unprofessional. I would like tracking information in regard to my order immediately. I would like to know if my purchase made is actually legit or my money was thrown away.
