House refinancing, process was easy and simple, I am happy I made the decision to use the services of ICG. I am especially thankful I worked with Natalie, my loan officer, she is amazing. With her excellent interpersonal skills, Natalie made me feel at easy from the beginning until the end. She explained to me the whole process in a clear way, and was always available and willing to help me with whatever questions I had. Thank you Natalie. ( I did not give a 5 because of my loan processor) but the process in general went smooth.
