Intercom is a really fun way to get to speak with our customers. I enjoy the capabilities that Intercom offers, but what I'd really recommend is their customer service because it is AMAZING. Anytime I've had a question, theres a help article from a bot, and if that doesn't answer my question, I speak with someone who can help and who always just blows it out of the water with how good they are.

Listening very carefully to your early adopters and over-delivering are key success drivers for early stage start ups. Intercom's been the tool that allowed us to do so. Intercom is a 360º solution: it's a wonderful CRM, a really helpful chat (with a chatbot that can go as far as you want it to go), an email marketing solution, an on-boarding tool and much, much more. Upload all the relevant variables / actions on your platform, so you can use them to set conditions within the funnels you will build using the in-app chat and the email. Channel your users towards different actions you want them to take, analyse what the users actual flow and continuously tweak your funnels. We tripled our conversion rate for our B2C SAAS product thanks to the different funnels we built with Intercom, and I still fill that we haven't used its full potential. The only down side is that their pricing is based on the number of users you will have in the platform, making it less affordable for high traffic freemium model sites with very low prices.
