This review was negative in the beginning, because we had issues communicating with their support. However after posting here they came back to us and helped us solve the situation and been very flexible on the terms of the contract, to finally give us a plan that fits our company stage and financing capabilities - without any negotiation. Last year I could notice some inflexibility so I was quick to post a negative review as I was thinking things didn't change, but it seems to have changed and it is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your support Laura, you changed a negative review into a very positive one and won a loyal customer.

It would be very nice if we could react with smiley's to a customer message (like messenger when we can put a thumb up or a heart to a message). Sometimes, customers say to us : "wait, I will do what you ask" and it doesn't need an answer, but it'll be nicer to show them we are waiting by reacting with a little thumb up (and not a big one as a message) to their messages.

A perfect tool to streamline communications with the customers. Integration is super smooth and we were able to deploy a full-fledged help center within a matter of days.

I have changed my review from initial negative to 5 stars because intercom did a great job answering my concern. I had a problem, had a wrong conclusion , posted a negative review too early....and I was shown to be mistaken. It was a pleasure dealing with customer support

I'm using Intercom since 5 years. I can say that the product is amazing: since 2020: "Campaigns" was updated "Series" , "Banners" is very easy to use and efective, a lof of "reports" since 2019: Help Center support several lenguages. It's a good engament tool. But the worst is your customer service, when you have a problem with your billing only your account owner can help you, however this person doesn't exist Edit: 23th July, the problem continue :( (no one answer ...) Edit: 4th November, for about 60 days I was talking to Edyta Matyga, she resolved a big and long-standing (11 months) problem problem for us. Nobody helpt us for 11 months, buy she has been really helpful and resourceful. Thank you Edyta Edit: 29th November, Edyta resolved another invoice's issue faster and more effective, if anything. Five Stars for your support.
