Intercom is great but I wish I could sort active conversations in inboxes.

A little bit expensive, great product and support, but be aware that they can change pricing if they want.

Advise clients on system downtime days ahead.

TinkerTank loves intercom! We try out all their new products and love the tutorials. If I could have a wish, it would be to have an assigned mentor that would get to understand what we need and help us to implement and optimise all that intercom offers.

Overall a great experience and a wonderful tool for team collaboration (especially for a small CS team). Would be great if the search could be more flexible and you could search for customers by their email (at the moment it only recognised the full name); ability to edit sent messages or even 'undo'/delete.

Great customer service and relatively easy to use platform. Just wish there was a little more flexibility and fluidity with gathering data and contact info and setting up campaigns. Something like MailChimp (or equivalent, but we use MC) integration would be awesome. IDK, maybe that exists and I just haven't seen it.

Intercom is a great application with good functionalities.
