I joined Intentional Job Search after I had been interviewing for a while. I was frustrated at being close to landing a role, but I felt something was missing that led me to not land my ideal jobs despite being in multiple final rounds. I wanted to be more productive this time. I needed to help convince interviewers that I had the proper knowledge, skillsets, and experience. I used to pay attention to Shobhit's emails. I spent a lot of time researching Intentional Product Manager using Trustpilot reviews and testimonials for the program. It was a significant investment, but I was sure I would get my money’s worth. When I joined, I was pleasantly surprised at the community of experienced product managers who want to improve their careers and job search. I also loved how organized the first ten weeks were. I got to meet all the coaches, review the curriculum, and feel I had total control over my success. I loved the practice and group coaching sessions. I can understand what the interviewer wants. So I can fine-tune my answer! I learned from the coaches and the perspective of other product managers, so I did not have tunnel vision and learned how to approach the solution better. Smart investment for your PM interviews and beyond. I am a mid-career Product Management professional with an MBA, and a previous Faang experience, so the interview process is not new for me. I used to do it all by myself and I now realize it’s not necessary and not even sensible. The Intentional Job search program made a big difference in terms of landing multiple roles, including Faang at the right level and within a short 8-10 weeks. I’d credit the well-structured approach, a supportive community and the rigor from the coaches as complementary to my own efforts. I started feeling more prepared and the mindset work was invaluable for me. If you are serious about landing a strong Product management offer, why would you not join this program and learn from the best?

Intentional Job Search helped me land my first Product Management role. Before joining, I wore many different hats in the nonprofit sector where I did work in advocacy, research, program & project management, and sometimes wearing a PM hat. I had tried breaking into product before the program, but I would never make it past the final rounds of interviews and had trouble communicating a cohesive narrative and story. I had considered PM bootcamps but had heard mixed reviews, and thought there was a substantial risk involved. I also knew there would be a job search after a bootcamp anyways - so why delay the inevitable? I was really grateful to learn about IJS and have the opportunity to accelerate my search while building skills throughout the process. The program supported me each step of the way. Any job search is really draining in many ways - and having the coaches and support system of the program made a really big difference. I learned how to tell my story better/explain how my experience is relevant to PM, interview much more confidently, improve my resume and LinkedIn, and much more. I definitely recommend this program to others interested in breaking into product. Seeking out help and resources like this was key to making the switch a reality for me! It's a significant investment - financial, time, effort, etc. - but if you put in the work, the support and feedback you find in this program can take you far.

Intentional Product Manager is a well-organized community for new and experienced product managers to grow and connect. I got connected to my current opportunity through this community. I developed the confidence and knowledge to get through interviews and perform my job in this community. I'll always recommend IPM to PMs who want to grow and aspiring PMs.

I signed up for the program reading the reviews on this very page, and I can advocate for every good word mentioned here. The program is definitely worth MORE than every $ I spent. The mock interview feedback helped me fine tune my preparation and spend my energy in the right direction (for me). There is so much information on the internet for Product Management interviews that it is easy to get lost in the noise.The IJS program helped me challenge my potential and then also helped me reach it. I feel like I could have easily spent another 5-8 years to get to the point where I have now landed, after only 4 months into my job search with IJS. All this while I met some really cool people and learnt how to have a great mindset in everything I do.

Before the Intentional Job Search program, I was a product manager and leader at Citibank. I had not changed jobs in ten years! My biggest challenge was I had no idea how to conduct a successful search for the next tech PM role. I was very hesitant when I spoke with Shobhit. I asked him 1000s of questions, and he answered them very genuinely. That's what led me to join the program. I worked through all stages of the program - stories, Linkedin, and interviews. I felt so much more confident going into interviews as I consistently got a hire or strong hire ratings from IPM coaches. I applied to six jobs, interviewed at four, and had three offers! I did not expect that to happen since these were my dream companies. I hit the goals I set for myself. I joined Twilio, a tech and product-focused company. It met my goals: moving from banking to tech, into a well-known brand, and working for a great manager. This program has changed quite a few things in my life. It has helped me better communicate my own stories and made me much more confident in life. There are so many principles that I've learned here, which it's not just for this job search. It is, in general, in life, both personal and professional. And I'm very confident that next time I change jobs, you know, I know what to do, what to look for, what are the key areas to focus on, and what to enhance, and I can now work towards my next job starting today. The skill sets I've learned here will be beneficial in multiple ways.

I’m not one for reviews, positive or negative.. however, given the monumental shifts I’ve noticed in myself after attending IPM’s product leader blueprint program, I felt it was my duty to inform my fellow PMs to sign up for this program. If I’m honest, I came to the program pretty broken, I lost so much confidence over the years, and was considering pivoting to a different career all together. After early success at the start of my PM career, I felt tired, unseen, not valued, not heard… I felt completely lost.. This investment in my product management career was my last hurrah, and boy am I glad I did it. I 1000% have my confidence back, AND was able to highlight my worth through TWO career moves during the course of the program. You’ll learn how to tap into yourself, and shine as a product leader. The team at IPM has put together a very thoughtful program, one that just doesn’t focus on purely academic product content.. I mean let’s face it, You can 100% find similar content online, possibly even for free. But it’s how it all comes together, especially the mindfulness aspects of the program; that make a huge difference. It’s also amazing to be learning side by side countless other PMs, from a wide range of backgrounds, most of not all from highly respect companies. If you’re on the fence, I get it.. it’s hard to shell out money like this.. but I implore you, to look beyond the he typical PM content that’s out there, and realize that to truly become a leader in this field; you will need to totally shift your mindset… THIS is that IPM will do for you.. Word of caution.. you WILL need to do work, what you put into this program is what you get from it. There is no magic pill.
