It's hard to divulge so much information to a stranger but Shauna was very nice. Some things needed more explanation in underwriting interview with Rebecca but we were able to work it all out. Very nice and knowledgeable people and I liked they just give the numbers. I felt like I got all the information.

The representatives were professional and nice to work with. Service is good, but they will say interview takes 10 min but you will be on phone over 30 to 45 min by the end. They shop for best prices and give you all the options, so despite this one minor item you get good rates.
