In six weeks they gave me an awesome policy which ended up being much less expensive than they had originally quoted. Another company had messed us around for 6 months before I managed to find Intelliquote. Start with them, and save yourself heaps of time and money

Kept sending forms I needed to fill out. Day before the application expired, called me and said a set of different forms needed to be filled out by the end of that day. I was traveling and could not fill ut forms and all the time and my physical for the insurance was wasted as insurance company would not accept forms that Intelliquote prviously had me fill out (3 times)

We sincerely apologize for the delays and mishandling of this situation. New York provides Insurance Carriers and Agencies with extra challenges which we do not experience in other states. As a function of that fact, IntelliQuote, has extra steps in place to try and mitigate the aforementioned challenges; sometimes there can be delays in correspondence causing repeated requests for requirements. Thank you for sharing, we will be reviewing our processes in an attempt to further improve our service and follow through.

I was told I would get a reminder call. A few days before, the exam and never did. I'm getting plant of calls to reschedule.

This was an unfortunate breakdown on follow up, and we do apologize. IntelliQuote did confirm the standard follow up call was missed by the exam company. This scenario has become a training opportunity for the exam company and internally at IntelliQuote. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we are currently reviewing follow up timelines and process.
