Toni, As part of our free year promotional plan, only users that enter a credit card are charged at the renewal date if cancellation does not take place beforehand (we provide ample reminders of the upcoming renewal date with option to cancel at anytime beforehand to avoid charges). It appears you contacted Intellifluence support on a Saturday morning (AZ time) with your cancellation request and we completed your cancellation this morning (Monday), which is the next business day after your request was submitted. Furthermore, our business hours and anticipated ticket response times are clearly stated in our auto response when submitting a support ticket: Your request has been received and you will typically receive a response by the next business day.
