This integrity admin group home warranty is scammers I called for 2 of my stoves is not burning and they ask me to pay deductible for repairs after I paid deductible they said they are not covering for it.

SCAMMERS!!!! Don’t waste your time, once called out on being scammers, reps were even more rude and very unprofessional and seemed to enjoy that they scammed me!

Sends scam letters of fame urgency to get your information and money. Do not do business with them.

I have been a customer of Integrity for 6 years. Their customer service department has always resolved any questions I have had. I filed 2 claims over the 6 years and have saved myself well over $6,000. When repairs were needed, they sent a service specialist, and repairs were completed in a timely manner. Bought warranty for my car engine stopped on me… they came to rescue as promised… only paid 175 for a new engine and labor … really appreciate the services folks… would def recommend them to my family and friends …

My experience was great but looks like I had to go over my contract so I know what it Really covers . I submitted a repair and not everything was covered some parts weren't listed. but I had the most expensive parts covered !!!! Im taken care of.
