Oh no, all of that is in a public review, but none of that was an email. And it doesn’t seem to be anything you’re trying to reach out to help us with. Ben has asked for your help. — Then send us a refund, Sam. It’s not hard to do. People are allowed to be frustrated and it doesn’t mean it’s berating your employees. It’s not belittling someone to say you’ve offered a way to give us funding or there’s a loan you can provide and guarantee it in 30 days and then later on saying it would be more like 6 to 9 months—That’s not beating employees, that saying you guys could give consulting for a product that would very likely be under 6-9 months, and then after we paid for the service that that would not be a possibility, that’s just frustration. That’s not on your employees character, that’s just misleading of a product. That is scamming someone. If that’s not a service you can provide, give us a refund. And please provide it. If you can’t give us a refund, then that’s being dishonest. It’s not berating you. It’s simply stating a fact. It’s not personal, it’s just the fact that you are not offering a refund. Consulting means telling someone alone they qualify for, and if you told us we would qualify for it by looking at our credit and seeing our credit scores and all that was on our credit cards and saying, by looking at our Social Security numbers, and all our credit, that was something you could provide, and then after we paid, telling us it wasn’t possible, then we want to refund. If you can’t give it to us, then you were being misleading. You guys saw all our credit and everything told us we would qualify for a loan immediately. And then after we paid, it would be 6 to 9 months. We would like a refund. Please provide it. UPDATE: Sam, we did not ask you to stop contacting us. Ben asked you to set up a phone call, and you never answered. We asked for a refund. I think you didn’t like when we got frustrated and used it as an excuse to not have to deal with us. If you won’t give us a refund, then please provide us services we pay for. Or give us a refund. No where did we say we don’t want our money back. I really think you don’t want people to know that you offer credit consulting, and then if most people don’t qualify in 6-9 months, you find reasons for them to be the problem if they get frustrated. Dude, it’s basic, if, in a phone call, someone said, based on your credit, we really can’t do anything for a year, you wouldn’t get anyone’s money. So I think you worry a lot more about reviews than helping people. If not, may we please have a refund? Or consulting? Or just is that dependent on us having a nice tone? —- Complete scammers. We had a call that was for onboarding, and we paid the total $2500 retainer fee. And then, we had a call with a different consultant, and told that because we had a late payment on our credit, there was absolutely nothing they could do to help us in their program. When we initially spoke with Tom, they said they could get us a temporary loan to get us to the point where we could get funding to pay off these cards so that we could get a business loan to move forward. But once we paid the retainer fee, we were told there was nothing they can do for 6 to 9 months. They don’t know give any sort of temporary credit, or offer any loans whatsoever. They said because we had a late payment on our credit, It would take 6 to 9 months before we could do any sort of credit repair at all. Tom initially said they would find loans that would be a type of credit stacking where we could get business funding, but once we paid the retainer fee, they basically said we’ll talk to you in 6 to 9 months. We were under the understanding that they helped get you funding to help repair your credit so that you could structure your business so that you could pay off that credit. We own an Airbnb, my husband is a physician, and I have another business that makes 81K a year. So that’s not like we don’t have money, we just made the mistake of using credit cards to finish our Airbnb, and we could easily restack things. But apparently that’s not something they’re interested in? I’m honestly confused as to why they ghosted us. Also, I asked for a refund, and they said that we had signed a contract, they just offer consulting, so if they don’t like our advice, there was nothing they could do. So basically we paid $2500 for absolutely nothing. Total scam. Even Sam, in one of his emails said that there was a difference between what “Tom promised and what our program actually does.” I can’t imagine what the program does it all? And why they just ghosted us. We would love to have their help since we did pay them $2500 on literally anything, but they just never responded to us once they said we can’t do anything for you for the next 6 to 9 months. Why pay $2500 to help fix our credit, if you can’t do anything for almost a year once you pay them money? I have . And we at

Hi Ashley, We take client feedback seriously and acknowledge a communication gap: a potential collateral-backed financing option discussed during your initial consultation was not properly passed to our fulfillment team. That was our mistake, and we take responsibility for it. However, the claim that we collected your payment and then abandoned you is inaccurate. Between Sep 1–4 alone, we exchanged over 20 emails, including 5 offers to meet with our owner, your original consultant, and our fulfillment team to clarify the financing strategy. I personally stepped in to help resolve the situation. When you requested that we stop contacting you, we respected that request and continued communicating with Ben. Integrity First is a business funding consultancy, not a direct lender. While some financing products require credit improvements, alternative funding strategies may also be available. We strongly disagree that we took your money and refused to help. Our offer to resolve the misunderstanding remains open. Best regards, Sam Tretter Founder, Integrity First ___________________________ RESPONSE TO UPDATE 1 Ashley, Several statements in your update contradict our documented correspondence. 1. Communication: On Sep 3, you explicitly wrote "Stop emailing me" twice and "Leave us alone." We respected your request. 2. Alleged ghosting: Between Sep 1–4, we exchanged over 20 emails, including five requests to meet. You canceled the scheduled meeting. I subsequently contacted Ben on Sep 4 and 14 to arrange another meeting but received no confirmation. 3. Our responsibility: We acknowledged the internal communication gap and repeatedly offered to correct it. We never withdrew our willingness to provide services. 4. Professional conduct: Frustration, criticism, and refund requests are absolutely acceptable. Personal insults and abusive behavior toward our employees are not. We evaluate complaints on their merits, regardless of a client's frustration. Ashley and Ben, I remain happy to personally review your financing options and evaluate your refund request fairly. You can reach me at [email protected]. All we ask is the same professional respect we extend to our clients. ___________________ RESPONSE TO UPDATE 2 The central misunderstanding involves two different financing strategies. Tom discussed potential collateral-backed financing, while Jaqueline initially evaluated your situation under our standard unsecured funding process because of the communication gap we acknowledged. The 6–9 month estimate concerned unsecured financing requiring credit improvements. It did not mean alternative financing was unavailable. Collateral-backed financing may still be possible, potentially within 30 days. No loan approval or specific timeline was guaranteed. This is precisely why we repeatedly offered to bring everyone together. One focused conversation could have clarified the misunderstanding and allowed us to pursue the original strategy. We have acknowledged our mistake, explained the discrepancy, and offered multiple opportunities to resolve it. We now consider the matter sufficiently addressed publicly. Our door remains open to you and Ben to resolve your concerns professionally. This will be our final public response.
