Initial Trial, they sent me two travel cases and no wipes for the stick on's. They later sent a pack of wipes and said they would send a pack of the stick on's for free due to the mix up, then never did. So 3 different issues in the first trial month so I will look for other alternatives. I never got to use the stick on's with the wipes so I'm assuming the experience would be better and that they have them for a reason but without them I would wake up with the stick on's crumbled up and in my bed or one has fallen off. Their customer support is wonderful though and they take it to the next level, if their shipping was half as good as their customer support, Id probably still be a customer.

Annoying AF like regular nasal stripes. Glue is not going anywhere. Even with alcohol wipes (that will irritate your eyes even when you clean your nose). Magnets are decent. They do the work. But it’s not a solution for a long term. In the night not helping drastically. I can run with them and breathe through nose - yes. Daily activity - yes. Everyday device - no. I’m finishing a pack of metals in a week. So kinda same thing that breathing stripes. 30-40% stronger effect. But again - this glue is annoying.

Everything started off okay, the nose breathing set really does help with sleep, you will wake up feeling more refreshed and your snoring will be either gone or much lighter. The problem is that my first two refill packages shipped with a tracking number. Then the refill after that shipped without tracking, WEEKS went by, and they gaslit me and talked to me super rude over customer service, they literally could care less honestly, I’ve read quite a few reviews about them not caring and having horrible customer service, something definitely needs to change. Anyways.. my package ended up being lost and it had already been a month, I was asked to wait another two full weeks.. granted I have sleep apnea and really need my refills, this was unacceptable. But the way I was talked too and ignored was even worse, I was nice the whole time, I love supporting shops. It was Sooo hard getting a refund from them from the back and forth me being passed around from customer service member to another, I think I talked to six people just to try to solve one tiny problem which was “my package was lost” I needed a refund. The refill qualities are inconsistent and so expensive! sometimes you get good ones that stick all night and sometimes you get crappy ones that won’t even hold, and now they are marketing these “sports tabs” which are supposed to be stronger but it seems like it’s the regular tabs we are already supposed to be getting. Bottom line, wonderful product but they are insanely expensive and a lot of people have complained about this, we all know some tiny magnets and adhesive doesn’t cost that much. Then the reviews on Amazon literally talk about how if you buy from their shop on Amazon they send tabs that won’t stick. This is ridiculous.

They were good. Until the magnets started falling off while I sleep. Apparently they have changed the sticky tabs since I started using them 6 months. Too bad, this company has potential. Take it easy on the AI bots answering emails. Its obvious
