The absolute worst customer service of any company. No way to directly contact anyone. The "live chat" on their website requires you to be contacted, same thing when texting. Product is good, but the company itself is a complete SCAM. They also keep redesigning the strips to make them increasingly difficult to remove from the paper substrate. They absolutely deserve to go out of business.

I ordered my device and the peel and sticks. I got my device but did not receive the peel and sticks. Beware, this company charged me for the 3 month supply and was taking the money out of account and I still never received the peel and sticks that go with the device. I'm still waiting for them to deliver it and thev given me every kind of excuse. I had to stop payment on my account or they would have kept taking the money out while I still never received my products. I ordered right off their website. I'm very disappointed.

Absolutely useless product. I tried the biggest size and didn’t find any difference in breathing. I properly checked how to use it and confident that this product is just a scam. It says that if you are unhappy they do refund no questions asked instead they charge $8 or something to send the item back.

It's totally waist of money and time, what they send you is weaker, and its clear not black like they advertise. Please don't waste you money or time. Im begging for a refund right now. Because its a sad insult what they sent and weak. It's not strong as what they show on TV and advertisements

They are working with retailers to sell their products, but then do not require the retailer to take the product back. Golds gym sold one to my husband and it did not work, the gym would not honor the 90 day trial and neither did the company. Shame on them.

I ordered the starter kit and an extra 60 day refill. When i got the starter kit i was so happy! The tabs worked great, even on my greasy skin. But after the tabs with the starter kit were all used, i noticed the tabs from my refill pack looked different. I did not think much of it but then i noticed these tabs where coming off every day and i had to replace them atleast once almost everyday. And they are not cheap! When i contacted Intake i got really annoyed. They are super polite in words but don’t do anything for you. They could not explain why the tabs looked different. I had to go on the website myself and find out that i actually got the new sport tabs with the starter kit. I feel like they knew that but did not want to confirm. When i told customer support from intake, she did not want to confirm or look into it. All she offered was a replacement 60 day refill. The same ones that didnt work for me. Whats the point? I asked for the sport tabs since they worked great but according to them that was not an option because they are only available with the referral program. Even though i already got them with my starter kit. As if they could not send them to me if they wanted to. My only option was accepting a replacement for the bad tabs now. So i ended up getting my money back for the tabs. I dont like that the person from customer service was really polite but it felt fake as they did nothing to look into it and replace my product with the ones i got to start with. Felt like i was talking to a robot. Terrible customer service if you ask me, for such an expensive product. And the normal tabs are expensive and don’t stick well on greasy skin.

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing days ago and have tried to get in contact with staff to fix it, and get charged the right amount and nothing. No response or anything all they said when I called was it was out of their hands since they escalated to their supervisor. Extremely disappointing as I was excited to try this product

I will never ever buy from intake breathing because they disrespected me my disabled child and everything good in this life. They lied to me and they told me that I was going to be getting a full package of the starter kit for free and assured me of everything and that it was actually a free starter kit and then they tried covering their ass by emailing me weeks later saying that it should’ve came already and then a couple days later said that it wasn’t actually a free trial and that I had been charged for a subscription that I didn’t even get anything for. This company is a bunch of crooks. I can’t believe the customer service that they have is horrendous.
