Insured Nomads had much higher customer…
Insured Nomads had much higher customer satisfaction ratings that most other travel insurance companies. My primary reason for getting this insurance was for the medical evacuation. I wish that the Cancellation Insurance wasn't an add on with such a steep cost. I didn't get it because my flight expense could be credited if unable to fly.

efficient but pricey
Making the insurance was really easy but I would expect a brief explanation about what to do incase of... or how exactly the insurance works. the FAQ are not clear enough on those issues. Eventually I didn't need to operate the insurance so I don't know how efficient is the claim process. A bit pricey..
