Insured NomadsReviews of insurednomads.com

We purchased policies through them and they were responsive at first and now no longer respond. I am not able to get a hold of anyone. Does the company exist still?

I purchased 8 policies for my international team in October 2025. Customer service at the beginning was quite good. However, since then, there has been an ownership change and now we are not able to get any claims processed and I can't get anyone to answer emails or phone calls. The app that originally worked for filing claims is no longer useful, either. I am very glad our policies end in a few months and we will definitely not renew.

I purchased a policy with Insured Nomads and submitted a reimbursement claim months ago after incurring covered expenses. I provided all required documents and only received automated replies saying they would get back to me. After repeated follow-ups across multiple emails, I have still received no response or update. Completely unacceptable service. I paid for coverage and am being ignored when it comes to honoring it.

Awful service. Don’t trust Insured Nomads. I filed a claim as we had to take a rescue helicopter during our trip to Nepal last December but they have stopped replying me and never covered our costs.

Do not buy this insurance. There is no benefit. The large print will seem beneficial but the fine print will take all benefits away. Just a waste of money completely. If you have to buy it for a group requirement, buy a plan from another company.

Flashpack recommended this travel insurance. I purchased it but cannot seem to get any response to email or to a claim I filed for an ER visit in Belize for a broken heel/ankle. I even reached out on Facebook messenger. Will wait the 15 days for response. It seems as this company might be defunct ??

The claims process is a pain . Almost one month of multiple emails are o ignored . Extremely disappointed

Very bad service. I tried all day to contact a number to get assistance, nonbody responded. I download the app and there is no telemedicine included. It is just an app with a buttom to call, but nobody respond. I am really dissapointed.
