Order Limit Reached? Call at a more convenient time please.
As of today, the 21st of June 2026, I have been unable to order my month’s supply of Omnipods since March 2026. Every time I have gone to the pharmacy to pick them up I have “exceeded my supply limit”. Which is fascinating as one pod lasts 3 days, and each box comes with 10. The last box, as I said, I got in MARCH. I thought this would be easy to fix as Insulet claims “24/7, 365” customer service. Yet when I called to find out what was happening, the support worker didn’t have the ability to solve this issue, and would have to transfer me to someone who only works Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. At the end of the call this worker said “and just to remind you our customer support is 24/7, 365 days a year”. I AM A CUSTOMER IN NEED OF SUPPORT. I AM CALLING ON A SUNDAY BECAUSE I WORK IN THE WEEK. I NEED THESE DEVICES FOR INSULIN DELIVERY BECAUSE I AM BAD AT USING INSULIN PENS, WHICH CAUSES HYPERGLYCAEMIA EXTREMELY OFTEN. Useless customer service. Editing just to add: I’m on their subscription model, not attached to private health insurance. This means that while I haven’t had access to their product, I’ve been rinsed of nearly SIX HUNDRED AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS. FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN RETURN.
