I had a problem that was unrelated to InstaWP’s service, and even so, they kindly pointed me towards a solution. Their helpfulness was second to none, far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. The support team is fantastic and one of the most valuable assets for professionals like me. They have definitely earned my loyalty :)

5 stars, eyes closed. Piyush and Ananta are extremely friendly, professional and experienced. In the last 2 years, they've helped me so much. Quick answers and help, there's no problem without solution. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed.

Ananta (senior tech rep) was extremely helpful and patient. As a new user, I first experimented with staging my website, editing only one section. I tried for two days to make it work. As it turns out Ananta corrected my small error with only a glance. Never under estimate the effectiveness and efficiency gained by a simple live text conversation with these Techs. They are there to help smooth the edges. I'm a believer!

I've been using InstaWP for a while now, and the platform itself is excellent — fast, reliable, and genuinely useful for managing WordPress sites. But what really stands out is the support team. I recently encountered a tricky technical issue in which the MCP endpoint was blocked by InstaWP's password protection. Deepak and the engineering team not only understood the problem quickly but came back with a targeted server-side fix that resolved it cleanly, without compromising the site's security in any way. The speed and quality of the response was impressive. They clearly know what they're doing, and it's rare to deal with a support team that actually digs in and solves the problem rather than pointing you at a help article. Highly recommended!

HI, I use instaWP to set up a sandbox to work with my remote team on a WordPress site that is under development, urgent and with a tight deadline. Today I had a major issue with a suspension of my site, it was due to exceeding the bandwidth limit, I. checked my email and there was a notice telling me about the limit a minute before the suspension of course I didn’t have enough time to prevent down time but I immediately upgraded my plan, customer support was exceptional at solving the issue, major thanks to Anjali she was very polite and honest about the issue (we as customers appreciate that more than anything). If I may suggest an email with an early warning so customers have time to upgrade and prevent the stress of a suspension without enough time to react. That would be icing on the cake because instaWP solved a lot of issues I had with a remote team working on different parts of the world without the need for a GIT, so I love the plugin. And customer support are the best and deserve a raise!!!.
