I have been wit this app for years Instawork is not for workers they care bout they employees I was at a shift and I was drinking water and the manager told me I couldn’t I left went home never filed an report .. the rating system is weird they can rate you but you can’t rate them so it was weeks later I seen I had another rating so I inbox the manager and told him bout his self they suspended me I don’t kiss ass now they talking bout deactivating my account off words .. you can leave feedback on a customer page and it get deleted but we can’t delete our feedback and they can rate us how ever many times but we can’t rate them they don’t care bout they workers they be quick to suspend you for no reason

There is no customer service just AI. Lots of missing money.Lots of cancelled shifts. Go back to when it started it was great now not so much

Horrible app.... Support agents will tamper with out and steal identities

The insta-pay was NOT automatically instant as advertised- I had to contact support 3 times for it to work and STILL had to pay the fee for the first time. After that, I have had nothing but issues with technical support while most of my requests for help have been met with an AI generated response of “we are transferring you to a specialist, you will have a response in the app within 4 hours. And every single time the conversation has been closed due to “my” unresponsiveness. Madness. I am still waiting to be paid for 3 shifts that were advertised as insta-pay accessible. On top of that I have never been offered a bartender shift which was the whole reason I got on the app. Shifts are all super low wage (some as low as $10/hr). 0 of 5 stars

Again again they never pay me it takes for me to be mean and consistent fight them over my currency . This time they were suppose to pay me 44 I only received 19 dolares for a huge event they only gave me a 20 dollar tip and yet they still haven't deposit it in my account . It's the Aramark convention center sparks . They make so much money they gave me their number in an invoice and it's unbelievable how they cannot oa me the 44 in full they robbed me and I only received 19 dolares they do this to me every single time and they know I live at a shelter

Warning stay far away from this app it will destroy your life

Accepted the shift. Showed up on time. Left on time. The shift was on Sunday, the end of the pay week. Today, my payment says processing..Available to withdraw on the 23rd. Then, all of a sudden my withdrawal date turns to The 30th. My shift was on the 18th. Thats almost 2 full weeks. This is my first shift. I will not be working anything else from this app. There's other options out there. I chose this app because I needed money right away so I worked for it. I shouldn't have to wait outside the standard payment guidelines. They are barley responding to me. And if they do. Its Vague and giving no solution. Just basically saying you have to wait. But giving me no explanation why it changed in the first place. Insta pay should be an option at this point. I didnt play around when it came to that shift I worked. Why is my payment being played with? I will be Deactivating this account as soon as I get paid next week. 2 weeks later. From an instapay platform.

Huge waste of time. Bizarre zoom interview & woman's behavior during interview made me uncomfortable. I didn't get approved (i have college degrees), so i'm not sure what her problem was. But I spent a lot of time & for what ?!? I've heard its hard to get work on instawork at 1st ! My brand Ambassador job ,as m manager at events, I've had to send 2 instaworkers home after dealing with their b.s. & ineptitude.
