I would prefer there be a live human that I could ask questions to and get real feedback instead of the AI and predictive conversations

Can’t send feedback on when an employer gives wrong information i.e. Don’t need a tie or Job description states you’re given a meal and you’re not. Can’t give feedback in the app other than a review that shows your name and photo.

I love this app. you control when and where to work. Payments are made pretty quick. I wish there was an actual person to resolve issue though. Also since app tracks up don't offer a last minute shift you cannot possibly get to on time. So far all shifts I have worked have been pleasant!

Giving opportunity to make extra money

This app is pretty great as far as the jobs they find and pay rate on most but the one thing they did is a better support besides AI and having to wait 3 days on a very vague response to things. To some people this maybe all they have to try and get on their feet to available agents and a contact number would be so much better

A useful tool for side work, seasonal work, etc. Lots of flexibility. Diversity in gig work. Some jobs are better than others, that's the only reason I wouldn't give them 5 stars. As a company they seem respectable and understanding of individual scenarios. The consequences of tardiness or missed work is completely reasonable. If you communicate, they are quite flexible overall.

The new chat bot makes it harder to get ahold of a person that can help with more specific things like missing tips but . Over all I have always had my issues resolved and I am more satisfied that not with the app

I have worked with instawork for 3 years im my own boss. I work when I want. I have had no problems . I get requested by employers because I follow directions on attire,and requirements of the job and I do the job as employer ask us to do . It's simple I have never had any problems getting paid again I follow the instructions and requirement lined out in the job Iaccept
