Great partners and easy to work places

I enjoy Instawork. But one thing that needs improvement is communication. Every single time I book a new shift it is difficult to find the meet up point. There’s a lot of frustration with that. Lots of other say the same. Other than that I enjoy this app and it has been a blessing!

The best shifts have been at Dickies Arena. Something you need to improve; get rid of the AI support system. Please get a humanbeing for support. I re eny had a really bad experience with the "AI Finch". I needed to speak with a human not a machine. The AI was no help.

The app itself is flawless. East to navigate and find roles quickly. Checking in and out everything works well. Being paid on time and correct pay is 4 stars for me. I have enjoyed the roles I have signed up for and the job descriptions are pretty accurate. Feedback on initial interview call I did not realize it was an AI interview and it threw me for a loop. I blanked on how to make drinks and it really has held back roles that I am very qualified to handle. Six months to reapply to a position I have been doing for the past several years seems pretty strict. Other than that I think the whole platform is better than expected. Making money quicker with Insta work than other competitors platforms.

The captains of the event I’m working now makes my life very, very, very hard. Overall I’m having a great experience.

I love the places I am booked to work, but sometimes in the app they don't always have locations for some sites. Sometimes you can't get a clock in code from establishment, other than that the experience has been good.

I like instawork because it allows me to meet my financial needs on my own busy schedule. Generally, instawork support is helpful and responsive, but there are some serious hardships. Instawork employees have fewer protections that normal employees do, such as HR, benefits, dispute management, etc. I would like to see instawork employees have more opportunities for engagement and efficacy in gaining and demonstrating skills, such as classes workshops and trainings, to increase skill sets and pay rates of workers. I would like to see accessible opportunities for instawork employees to find healthcare, to resolve workplace disputes, and gain benefits that ultimately result in increased productivity and security of instawork members. Instawork employees often dont receive their correct hours (and therefor pay) or end up doing work that doesn’t fit their listed position on instawork because support is slow and/or denies corrections and disputes while workers with less professional literacy cant advocate for themselves. We need to make sure our fellow people are treated well, we must provide more avenues for support in-person and online, AI agents are only so helpful. I would like to see upward mobility through education and experience so people can see pathways to higher paying jobs rather than being pigeonholed into the same kinds of shifts again and again.
