I like being able to choose when i work and seeing the pay rate before deciding also. I dislike that there is nobody from support to actually talk to if there's an issue and the Ai support is no help at all. There is no phone number to call whatsoever. That is a huge problem.

I enjoy being able to work anywhere I go! I get frustrated with the limits, such as it telling me I'm not qualified for entry lever positions. Housekeeping, bar backing, etc. it telling me my app is being processed for stuff I never applied for. Instapay doesn't always work, it would be nice if the app told you if it was same day pay or not.

Some places people is very not helpful and very greedy people

I feel like the app should pay more for delivery jobs if it’s past the deadline you supposed to complete it. Cause most of the money you make goes back into gas. So you really the worker not making nothing but enough to put back in gas and just to get something to eat that day. I feel like they need to be more considerate for the people making the job happen. If you pass your 4 hour deadline, mark. I feel like they should add the gas depending on how many miles you go. Cause that’s not fair to the people that got bigger cars or it’s not fair to the people that takes longer cause of traffic so you burn more gas than what you’re making. I feel like they should add two dollars to every mile to reimburse you for your gas and plus they’re not even worried about the wear and tear that you’re putting on the car and basically you just working just to put gas and just to eat that day there is no room for saving or making a living of it. I fell like even if it’s 4 hours the minimum should be 100$ for 4 hours, again like I said minimum. Please and thank for understanding and taking it into consideration

I started on 4/14/26. My choice of payment method is & was weekly. The job assignments are great, the pay is great Then on 4/24, I was informed that my payment method was changed to Insta Pay. I never authorized this. Instawork doesn't have a working phone # or email. Instead, employees deal with an online robot I sent a message to Instawork via X however, I haven't received a response.

I am having a hard time receiving my invitation to work, getting my schedule and clock in and out codes. I am also not seeing my overtime pay. I like the work but the application is confusing and not easy to get my assignments.

I like that you can get paid instantly the flexibility and the chance to experience different work experiences. I don’t like you can’t get into contact with some of the contacts if you’re having a problem.

Good variety of shifts, easy workable app. Requisition's usually vague, lacking pertinent information regarding, parking, meet up location, specific instructions to make event/experience successful. Lack of specific information or personnel contact to assist contractors to have successful positions or completion of work.
