Their app crashes often, making it impossible to clock in and/or out. They refused to pay for the shift I worked. Looking for a way to report them. In the past they've refused to pay for extra hours I was asked to worked, but this time they didn't pay AT ALL despite the multiple attemts for dispute the case. I drove 60 miles total to get to the work site that day! Their GPS tracking marked me arriving there, but they said there is no record. Outrageous, unprofessional and straight forward illegal business.

Instawork canceled three of my shifts without notice due to a background check with checkr that I was unaware of. I emailed them days ago and still no response. These were all high paying shifts. I also checked the checkr website for any info ir updates and could not find any information.

This app and all of the creators should be investigated. I’ve worked 5 jobs and was only paid on 3. I’ve been suspended for “no show” without pay while I was actually working the event. You have 12 hours (new all of a sudden rule) to adjust your hours or you are out of luck with getting paid. Ironically, when your account is suspended, you have no access to adjust anything. Moral of the story is, this lack of a company, profits off of unpaid labor. Another words, they will keep your commission for the jobs you worked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, GAS, & HARD WORK! INSTAWORTHLESS APP Also, it’s verified, Instawork generates fake reviews that seem like everyone is satisfied. It’s a lie.

Avoid this at all possible. The contact support does not reply to you. They suspended your account without hearing your side and when you do try to reach out they don't reply to you. Ignore all messages. Then the pay, we'll let me tell you this company violates Federal Labor Laws. I will probably never be paid for my 4 hour shift I worked. I can see coming a class action lawsuit.

Don’t waste your time and money, this app is so scandalous, you can’t call them number 1 and number 2 they cheat you out of your own money .. I have been going back and fourth with them when they shorted me hours and last but not least their in India and I’m pretty sure u heard scammers from that country .. I was in the process of background check while it pending they let me work and after few months later they deactivated my account and they still owe me hours… Best thing to come out of India next to them other phone scammers…CHANGE YOUR NAME TO INSTAJERKS FOR ALL THE JERKING AROUND YOU DO WITH PEOPLES HOURS AND MONEY
