i’ve deposited twice for this account, they’ve then taken money my bank account for a bitcoin account, they’ve taken £100s of £s out my account i’ve reported it to fraud team and currently under investigation but we are ment to be going away next week and i have two younger child with one being disabled and they’ve left me with absolutly nothing so dishearting… Never thought i would be a victim of fraud but here i am Edit… Forgot to mention upon trying to recover my funds from them that they fraudulently taken from my account they’ve now closed my account absolutly shocking

This is the third time I've had the same problem. suddenly my balance from €180 became €13. I waited a week and still nothing. The answer I have is that it will be considered as soon as possible. the 2 previous times in about 4 days the money was refunded to my account. now i wait already 9 days but nothing

Had over £220 in my balance and when the welcome bonus got to 100% completed it disappeared. Left me with £20 in balance. Kinda glad it happened with the first deposit as I probably would of spent way more than £200 so it's their loss really. Surely running a profitable legitimate website is better than just scamming people out of their first deposit. Returning customers has got to be better than people leaving after their first deposit! Will update if anything changes. Has now been almost 10 days with no change they just keep pushing it back and claiming it's the technical team working on it... Avoid this website at all costs you will absolutely not receive any money back ☺️
