If I could give this site a minus star review I would. It's an absolute scam, deposit payments show up on your bank account as random people's names. One payment showed as a "bill" which my bank traced to be a telephone communications company the other payment showed as "shopping" and was traced to a retail merchant. When I first requested a withdrawal of my winnings within a few hours I received a message saying my withdrawal had been cancelled due to a technical error and told to put the request in again. When I made a complaint the money appeared in my account within seconds but showed up as "income" and they used my full name as reference from where the payment had come from. When I flagged this suspicious behaviour with them (after reading all the bad reviews) I notifyed the bank. Instaspin had the audacity to say that my behaviour was fraudulent and that I was threatening them with legal threat. Please avoid or you will get scammed like me and many more vulnerable people. Thankfully my bank are aware of the situation I'd I've moved all my money to another bank account I have. I am just now really worried as I have given them my bank account details, address and picture of my driving licence 😭 If you've been a victim like me notify your bank immediately and cancel your card!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. As many others have experienced (see other reviews) this site is fishier than a cod farm. The payouts are limited and prolonged you will have to provide everything but your blood type to be able to withdraw and then it will take ages to process. I was playing a slot game and won £400, only for it to revert to 25.01 right before my eyes, I contacted customer support who advised it was a technical error and the issue would be passed on to the technical team. The tech team said the issue would be resolved within 5 working days, it wasnt. It remains unresolved! I mentioned the poor reviews I had seen (after playing, unfortunately) and that I had played in good faith and according to their terms and conditions, I got no reply. Interestingly following that conversation, some 5star reviews have been added to trust pilot hmm, the fishiness continues. I am not a seasoned gambler, I like a game on a Friday evening as a way to break the monotony of the week. This site is full of trickery and is a con, stealing winnings is not a technical error it is a fraud and breach of the law.
