While the final painting is beautiful, the overall experience was frustrating. Communication was nearly non-existent, and I later found out the artist, Sandiyart, was based in another country, which was never made clear up front. The order was marked as shipped, but there was no tracking movement for two weeks. With no responses from the artist and no way to reach anyone at the company besides email, I genuinely worried I had been scammed. For the price, not knowing what was happening along the way was stressful. When the painting arrived, parts of the paint had stuck to the packing material, pulling off two small spots that now need touch-up. If clear and consistent communication is important to you, this may not be the right fit. Would I work with InstaPainting and Sandiyart again? No.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! The artist I chose has been unable to get the faces remotely correct. The excuse is that the original doesn't give enough detail, so, I gave them more pictures. It only gets worse through each iteration. So, I asked to cancel and told them to keep the deposit for their trouble. Instead, they want me to approve and take delivery according to their money-back guarantee. I will NOT approve it. So, they can just keep working at it until they give up. Then, if they bill me, I will sue them in small claims court and make them come to Florida to defend it.
