Support is iffy with most companies today and in many cases, the support team is not very knowledgable. Windsor did an amazing job quickly answering all of my questions and provided me with additional resources to help answer any future questions. He was very helpful and very pleasant to talk with. I've played around with many website/landing page builder platforms, and Instapage is one of the easiest to use. If you have your content together, have selected a template, and purchased a domain, it shouldn't take you more than a few hours to get your page up and running. The pricing is also very reasonable for this type of platform compared to competing options. The main issues I have with Instapage are: 1) Not enough new features. I've only seen a couple minor updates since becoming a customer 6 months ago. I would like to see a more aggressive roll out schedule of new tools so I can keep my landing page competitive. 2) Knowledge base is lacking - it would be nice to have a more robust knowledge base to find answers and information on all of the available features. In many instances, my search results will come up empty and when I do find information, oftentimes it's pretty minimal. 3) Support is OK, but not the best. As a premium member (top paying tier), I am supposed to have access to phone support. On the 2 occasions that I've called in during business hours, I've gotten the "support is unavailable" greeting and have to leave a message to call me back. It's not till the next day that I hear back from someone and we end up playing phone tag. When opening up an email ticket, response is typically in 12-24 hours and oftentimes it requires some back and forth to clarify the issue and resolve. One thing I just learned today is that if Instapage goes down, they won't alert you that there's an issue or inform you that it's been fixed, unless you happen to catch it on your own and reach out to their support. I would expect a leading landing page platform like Instapage to do a better job communicating downtime to its customer base, either via email, through its dashboard/editor, on its Twitter feed, Facebook page, or preferably all of the above.

I have tried a number of these tools - but Instapage stands out. The integration with other platforms like CRM systems or GoToWebinar is very easy - keep up the good work

These guys will go out of their way to help out their clients. I had this unusual need that required some extra code in my landing page and they escalated my special request to the programmers who then followed up with a unique code to help me achieve what I needed. Very happy with the customer service and the product overall. Instapage is a really important tool in my clients and own project marketing efforts.

Instapage is probably one of the best tools that I am using at the moment (if not the best!) The templates couldn't get any easier and the choice is amazing! Even better though is their five start support. Any issue you have (which are few and far between) will be sorted asap and from extremely helpful and friendly support members. I couldn't recommend them enough!
